A traditional lineage: the Yang Style
The quality of teaching is based on transmission. My lessons are based on traditional Yang style, from the lineage of the Master Gin Soon Chu, founder of the Gin Soon Tai Chi Chuan Federation in the United States.
This style, recognized worldwide, favors ample, slow and fluid movements, offering a solid structure for deep anchoring and optimal energy circulation.
