Payment is due in full upon ordering.
19. Refund Policy
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your express agreement.
As digital products can be downloaded immediately, no refunds are possible, except in the event of a proven technical problem. In this case, contact our customer service for assistance.
20. Order and download
The order is made via the online shopping cart. After validation of payment, an e-mail will be sent to you containing a download link.
This link is valid for 7 days, with no limit on attempts, but is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Videos are also accessible from the customer area, when you have created one.
21. Customer area
Creating an account is optional. In case of creation:
- A confirmation email is sent,
- The username and password are personal and confidential,
- You are responsible for their security and all use of your account.
Le Fil de Soie reserves the right to delete an account in the event of a violation of these General Terms and Conditions.
